Samsung Omnia Pro B7610The Samsung Omnia Pro B7610 is a fantastic handset that will suit every business users needs, in both work and leisure. It features a 3.5 inch touchscreen and a slide out QWERTY keyboard, which is great for those who like to send a lot of emails, Tweets or texts. Part of the new Omnia family, which also includes the mid-range B7320 and the B7330, the B7610 has some different features and is quite diverse in terms of design. The crystal clear AMOLED 3.5 inch resistive touchscreen looks fantastic, with an 800x480 pixel resolution and high colour display it covers almost the entire front surface. The B7610 is quite bulky, 16mm in depth, but considering it has a slide out QWERTY keypad and such a large touchscreen it feels quite compact.
The Omnia Pro B7610 boasts a very good 5 megapixel camera. It has autofocus, LED flash, image stabiliser, geo-tagging and face and smile detection, the camera also has a video recording facility so you can capture special or unexpected moments however you like. A secondary video call camera is also present.
The Omnia Pro runs on the Windows Mobile 6.1 OS which provides a user friendly interface along with Pocket Office for viewing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files. All of the main connectivity options are present; 3G, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, A-GPS and stereo Bluetooth. Weighing 159g the B7610 isn't pocket-friendly, but battery life is impressive with 12 hours of talk time and up to 24 days standby.
